TreyStock — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the products, services, website, and Discord community provided by TreyStock. By purchasing a product, joining our server, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms.

1. Product Usage

All products and services provided by TreyStock are intended for the customer's personal use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Customers are responsible for using purchased products correctly and following any instructions provided.
  • Reselling, redistributing, sharing, or transferring products is prohibited when the product's terms or nature do not permit it.
  • Improper, abusive, or unauthorized use may result in the loss of access without compensation.
  • TreyStock reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or refuse service in cases of abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, or violation of these terms.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that a purchased product is compatible with their intended use before purchasing.

2. Product Delivery & Access

Products may be delivered automatically or manually depending on the product purchased.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all information provided after completing a purchase.
  • If a product requires activation, setup, or specific usage instructions, the customer is responsible for following those instructions correctly.
  • Customers should not modify credentials, account information, settings, or other sensitive information unless explicitly instructed to do so.
  • Unauthorized changes to a product or account may cause the product to stop functioning and may void applicable support or replacement eligibility.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the product and current order volume.

3. Payments

TreyStock currently accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cryptocurrency: LTC, BTC
  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Other payment methods made available through Shopify Payments

Cryptocurrency Payments

Customers paying with cryptocurrency are responsible for verifying all transaction details before sending payment.

This includes:

  • Wallet address
  • Cryptocurrency
  • Network
  • Payment amount
  • Transaction fees

TreyStock is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, underpaid, or misdirected cryptocurrency transactions.

Issues caused by external payment processors, wallets, exchanges, or payment providers must be resolved according to the policies of the respective provider.

4. Refunds & Replacements

By purchasing from TreyStock, customers acknowledge that certain products may be digital, delivered instantly, or otherwise unable to be returned once delivered.

  • Customers should review product descriptions and requirements before purchasing.
  • Refunds or replacements are handled according to the applicable product's policies.
  • Providing false information, abusing replacement policies, or attempting to obtain multiple replacements may result in the termination of support.
  • TreyStock reserves the right to investigate disputes and request evidence before approving a refund, replacement, or other resolution.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when required.
  • Reading the product description before purchasing.
  • Following all provided instructions.
  • Keeping delivered credentials or information secure.
  • Contacting support through the appropriate channels when an issue occurs.
  • Providing sufficient evidence when requested by staff.

TreyStock cannot be held responsible for issues caused by customer negligence, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow provided instructions.

6. Discord Server Rules

When participating in the official TreyStock Discord server, all members are expected to behave respectfully and follow the server's rules.

The following may result in warnings, removal, restrictions, or permanent bans:

  • Harassment or excessive disrespect
  • Spam or disruptive behavior
  • Offensive or inappropriate content
  • Unauthorized advertising or promotion
  • Excessive or abusive mentions/pings
  • Ticket abuse
  • False accusations without reasonable evidence
  • Scamming or fraudulent activity
  • Attempts to bypass server restrictions or moderation
  • Any behavior that negatively impacts the TreyStock community

Staff members reserve the right to take appropriate moderation action when necessary.

7. Support & Tickets

If you experience an issue with a purchase or service, you must contact TreyStock Support through the appropriate support channel.

When opening a ticket:

  1. Clearly explain the issue.
  2. Provide your order or transaction information when applicable.
  3. Provide screenshots, videos, or other evidence when requested.
  4. Follow the instructions provided by support staff.
  5. Remain respectful and patient while your issue is being reviewed.

Failure to provide the necessary information may result in delays or closure of the ticket.

Support staff may close tickets that are inactive, abusive, repetitive, or unrelated to TreyStock services.

8. Third-Party Services

Some products or services offered by TreyStock may rely on third-party platforms, websites, applications, or services.

TreyStock does not guarantee that third-party services will remain available, unchanged, or compatible indefinitely.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages
  • Platform policy changes
  • Account restrictions imposed by third parties
  • Service discontinuation
  • Changes to third-party features
  • Third-party bans or limitations
  • Other circumstances outside of TreyStock's direct control

Customers acknowledge that certain products may depend on external platforms and that such platforms may change their policies or functionality at any time.

9. Abuse & Fraud

Any attempt to abuse TreyStock services, payment systems, replacement policies, support systems, or promotional offers may result in immediate termination of service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Chargeback abuse
  • Payment fraud
  • False claims
  • Exploiting website or service vulnerabilities
  • Attempting to obtain products without valid payment
  • Abuse of replacement or refund policies
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions
  • Providing fabricated evidence

TreyStock reserves the right to deny future purchases or support to users involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

TreyStock provides digital products and services on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TreyStock is not responsible for losses, damages, service interruptions, account restrictions, or other issues resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This includes issues caused by third-party platforms, payment providers, customer misuse, outages, policy changes, or unauthorized modifications.

11. Changes to These Terms

TreyStock reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes may be made without prior notice. Customers and community members are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms of Service to remain informed of the current rules.

Continued use of TreyStock services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from TreyStock, accessing our website, joining or participating in our Discord server, or using any TreyStock service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase or use TreyStock services.
