TreyStock — Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Applies to all products, services, and interactions within the TreyStock platform (website, marketplace, and Discord).

OVERVIEW

TreyStock (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a digital marketplace offering virtual goods, services, and tools.

By accessing, purchasing, or interacting with TreyStock in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users, including customers, visitors, and resellers.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TreyStock after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.

1. ACCEPTABLE USE

By using TreyStock, you agree that you will:

  • Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
  • Not interfere with or attempt to exploit our systems or operations
  • Not abuse staff, support systems, or community platforms

Excessive spam, including repeated pings to staff, may result in warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans.

Violations may lead to immediate termination of services without compensation.

2. SERVICE ACCESS

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny or restrict access to any user at our discretion
  • Suspend or permanently ban users who violate our rules

If access is revoked due to misconduct:

  • You forfeit all rights to refunds, replacements, or warranties
  • Any active guarantees are immediately void

3. ORDER POLICY

To ensure successful order processing:

  • All required information must be provided at checkout
  • Any requested notes or details must be accurate and complete
  • Payments must match the exact required amount

Failure to follow these requirements may result in:

  • Delayed or canceled orders
  • No eligibility for refunds or corrections

Payments sent incorrectly or without confirmation are non-reversible.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

TreyStock enforces strict payment guidelines:

  • PayPal Goods & Services (G&S) is not accepted
  • PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) may only be used when instructed

When using PayPal F&F:

  • Do not include notes in the transaction
  • Use balance funds when possible (for ticket-based orders)

Failure to follow payment instructions may result in cancellation without refund.

5. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Eligible cases may qualify for replacements only (see below).

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products and services may:

  • Be limited in quantity or duration
  • Function only in specific regions or environments

We are not responsible for:

  • Regional incompatibility
  • User expectations not being met

7. REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacements are granted only if all conditions are met:

  • A valid Invoice ID must be provided
  • Proof of issue must be clearly shown
  • If requesting multiple replacements, prior proof is required

Warranty is void if:

  • Account credentials (email/password) are modified
  • False or misleading claims are made

We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet these standards.

8. PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS

Each product includes a limited warranty period:

  • Spotify (Key / 12-Month Account): 30 days
  • MovieStar: 48 hours
  • ChatGPT Accounts: 15 days
  • Prime Video: 30 days
  • Discord Server Boost Keys: 30 days

Warranty begins at the time of delivery.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring compatibility with their device and region
  • Using services in compliance with local laws

TreyStock is not liable for misuse or improper handling of any product.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some offerings may rely on external platforms.

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes made by third-party providers
  • Service interruptions caused by those platforms

11. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur.

This includes:

  • Pricing mistakes
  • Product descriptions
  • Availability issues

We reserve the right to correct errors at any time without prior notice.

12. SERVICE DISCLAIMER

All products and services are provided:

“As is” and “as available”

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free performance
  • Permanent availability

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using TreyStock, you agree that:

  • You assume full responsibility for usage
  • TreyStock is not liable for any damages or losses

This includes:

  • Misuse by the user
  • Legal violations by the user
  • Region-related issues
  • Third-party platform actions

14. TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect unless:

  • The user stops using our services
  • TreyStock terminates access due to violations

15. FULL AGREEMENT

These Terms represent the complete agreement between TreyStock and the user.

They override any prior agreements or understandings.

16. UPDATES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.

By continuing to use TreyStock services, you agree to any revised Terms.
