I had purchased Nitro accounts, but unfortunately several of them didn't work due to incorrect passwords, incorrect email addresses, invalid credentials, or because the accounts had been deactivated. After trying multiple replacements, Trey kindly decided to issue me a full refund instead.
Thank you again for the excellent customer service and for handling the situation professionally. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. They genuinely care about their customers and do their best to resolve any issues.
